It has been a long strange trip since the Courts initially shut down in Massachusetts in March of 2020. The Courts pivoted to a mostly virtual platform in order to assure litigants access to Judge over the last 15 months. As more and more of Massachusetts is becoming vaccinated, the Chief Justice of the Probate Court has announced that the In-Person Operations will be greatly expanding on July 12th.
